Hello!
I am Mrs. Voliva, the Forsyth Middle School Counselor. Though I am  originally from the middle of the state, in Jefferson City, Missouri, Southwest Missouri has stolen my heart and feels like home. I attended Evangel University to receive my bachelor's degree in Social Work. After working in foster care case management for two years, I attended Missouri State University to receive my master's degree in counseling.  This is my 9th year as the middle school counselor, and I absolutely love my job, along with all of the kiddos that I have the chance to work with. I am proud to be a PANTHER!
My husband, Paul, also works in the school district and is a tennis  coach. As a family with a seven year old,  a pre-schooler,  and a big married kiddo who is coaching and teaching, we are always adjusting to find a new normal. I am also a  volleyball coach, which has been an absolute blast! I enjoy sports, fitness activities, and generally being active! Being outdoors and spending time with my family (including my dog, Yadi) are also my favorite ways to spend my time outside of work.
